BuxMoney Terms of Services

The following are the terms and conditions of participating in the HimArticles BuxMoney program.
HimArticles BuxMoney reserves the right to amend this agreement as needed from time to time, and member agrees that any such amendment will apply to every member. The continuation of member's status or Member's acceptance of income shall constitute Member's acceptance of any and all amendments.

1. Member agrees that a HimArticles BuxMoney Member is an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of HimArticles BuxMoney.

2. Member must be of the age of majority in his/her state.

3. All Member applications are subject to approval by HimArticles BuxMoney.

4. Member agrees to join the program by their own discretion. HimArticles BuxMoney reserves the right to change/modify the scheme/target of each level at any time without prior notice.

5. We will not display advertisements of Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence; sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability; sites that promote illegal activities.

6. Member agrees to receive HimArticles BuxMoney's email, including but not restricted to training, newsletters, plus messages from the officials.

7. Contact information (email address, phone number, address, etc.) will be provided to your Referrer (the person who directly referred you to HimArticles BuxMoney. or whose advertising generated your registration) and to your down line member (the person whom you have introduced). Contact information is not disclosed to any other party.

8. A maximum of one Member within the same house (i.e. place with same address) is allowed. If we found two or more registrations with same address, all the accounts will be suspended and member will not be allowed for further participation in our program.

9. Member will make no claims regarding potential income, earnings or services beyond what is stated by the officials. Member further agrees not to reproduce commission cheques or distribute commission cheques in any form or by any means.

10. Member agrees not to utilize SPAM in promoting HimArticles BuxMoney. This action may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Member account with a cancellation of any pending commissions. Member will also be in violation of the HimArticles BuxMoney Member Agreement and subject to legal action and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by HimArticles BuxMoney. For the purpose of this agreement SPAM is defined as emailing ANYONE, in bulk or by single mailing, about HimArticles BuxMoney, who has not specifically requested the information directly from Member.

11. Member agrees to provide HimArticles BuxMoney with a valid email address upon registration. Member understands that the use of an Auto-Responder email address is prohibited.

12. All payments will be made in USD. Member commissions shall normally be paid through Alertpay and sent out within 5-7 working days after member request for the payment.

13. All payments made to the members are subject to deduction of tax as per rules applicable at the time of payout.

14. Member will be issued an " HimArticles BuxMoney ID" (called as userid) a unique ID which allows HimArticles BuxMoney to identify membership as originating from Member.

15. HimArticles BuxMoney is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish service.

16. HimArticles BuxMoney will make every reasonable effort to track and pay commissions for all memberships generated by Member. However, HimArticles BuxMoney is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control, which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service. Member understands that Member tracking can never be 100% accurate and HimArticles BuxMoney is not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur beyond its control. Tracking of sales depend on several factors, technical and otherwise, which are out of the control of HimArticles BuxMoney. It is the goal of HimArticles BuxMoney to make sales tracking as accurate as possible, however, HimArticles BuxMoney cannot guarantee 100% tracking for situations that are beyond its control.

17. HimArticles BuxMoney reserves all rights in or to its trademarks and service marks but may be used by Member in accordance with this agreement. Member may in no way display an HimArticles BuxMoney logo, image, or trademark which may be distasteful, defamed, or misrepresented.

18. Member shall follow HimArticles BuxMoney advertising guidelines and agrees not to misrepresent HimArticles BuxMoney services. Member agrees to use only HimArticles BuxMoney -approved ads. However, if you have generated a better ad, you may submit your own ads for HimArticles BuxMoney's approval. They must be approved however before you can publish them. Member further understands that prohibited sites for advertising HimArticles BuxMoney services include: Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence; sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability; sites that promote illegal activities.

19. All slogans/ads tendered by the members will be the property of HimArticles BuxMoney alone and HimArticles BuxMoney shall be entitled to use the same in any manner what so ever.

20. Decisions regarding selection of creative ad/slogan shall be made by panel of independent judges of HimArticles BuxMoney. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding and a participant shall not be entitled to dispute the same or enter into any correspondence with HimArticles BuxMoney regarding the same.

21. Both HimArticles BuxMoney and the Member reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one year from the date here of and shall automatically renew upon each anniversary, without further act of the parties, unless either party has terminated this Agreement by written notice to the other. If terminated, outstanding commissions at time of termination shall be paid in the next payment so long as the terms of this agreement were not violated by the Member. Payment of the final commission payment to the Member may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

22. If the member is found to be inactive for more than two months, his account will be terminated without any further notice.

23. HimArticles BuxMoney may on its absolute discretion immediately suspend and or terminate the membership by notice in writing to the member in event that HimArticles BuxMoney has reasonable grounds for believing that the member has breached any provision of this agreement or rules as set forth in HimArticles BuxMoney training or other HimArticles BuxMoney rules, regulations, policies or procedure as amended from time to time.

24. If a person resigns by giving us a prior notice before attaining the Retirement Level, his account will be terminated immediately and he will be paid for his earned money till termination date, if any.

25. All disputes subject to HP Jurisdiction only.
